Preheat oven to 350°F.
Arrange chicken pieces in an ungreased baking dish, skin side up.
Drizzle melted butter evenly over chicken.
Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over chicken pieces.
Bake uncovered for one hour. Chicken is done when punctured with a fork and juices run clear. Internal temperature must reach 165°F at the thickest part of the thigh.
