Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine melted butter, honey, mustard, seasoned salt and garlic powder in a small mixing bowl. Mix until blended.
Arrange chicken pieces in an ungreased baking dish, skin side up.
Pour sauce evenly over chicken.
Bake uncovered for one hour, basting every 15 minutes. Chicken is done when punctured with a fork and juices run clear. Internal temperature must reach 165°F at the thickest part of the thigh.
